“I’m guarding the fruits. Ms Petunia told me to keep watch and shoo away any humans or birds that show up to steal them.”
“Uh… then why are you eating them? Shouldn’t you at least ask?”
“Oh, I’m sure she wouldn’t mind me taking a commission.”
