Hustle and bustle.
The everyday mundane tussle.
Of crowds sweeping the road.
Filled with pedestrians, Marutis & Fords.
Oh wait. I’m missing a piece of this jigsaw puzzle!
I was hoping to create a Limerick but hopefully this piece can pass off as a (very short) poem?
The photo prompt has been given by Roger Bultot at the Friday Fictioneers hosted by Rochelle Wisoff-Fields and the word prompt (Mundane) has been given by Denise Farley at the Girlie on the Edge.
It might scan more fluently if you took “everyday” out

It doesn’t have the limerick rhythm, but it’s a start!

Dear Bernadette,
You painted a picture in few words. Nicely done.

I like the idea of a missing jigsaw piece. Crowds are disorientating – interesting and unusual that you have them ‘sweeping the road’.

It was more metaphorical than literal. ๐
