I left my scooter in a forest and was roaming around trying to find it. I finally found it half hidden in the bushes. There was a cat sitting on it reading a novel. It looked at me; green eyes full of disapproval at being disturbed. Anyways, it got off and I started my scooter; all of a sudden I’m on a highway and…

I wake up. As I’m brushing my teeth I look outside the window only to see a black cat looking at me with a familiar expression.

The fun of dreams with ‘awake-world codas’ don’t happen often (to me) but when there is a tie-in no matter how roundabout, I make a point of appreciating it to the best of my ability.
