Christmas was coming. Stephen sighed, another day in the bitter cold. He put on his Santa hat and zipped up his suit as he took his position near the lamppost; waving cheerfully to passersby while humming a tune.
The entire day passed with the usual “Ho ho ho, you had better been good this year,” many selfies, and tons of wishlists from kids. Evening came and as he got ready to leave, a child approached him. He stood waiting to take the custom ‘Selfie with Santa’ that kids always wanted; the child held up a plate of chips, “A small gift for the one who brings me toys every year.”
